Very Unhappy Client Had a hair color and cut at this Salon with "Nancy" earlier this year. I was very clear with her I wanted a color similar to what I already was, a warm shade of medium brown. What I got was a lifeless, dull, drab almost black color instead and it looked awful!!! The cut was probably one of the worst I had ever gotten. She butchered my hair!!!
