I had an amazing silk press experience! My stylist was spectacular — professional, on time, and had such great energy. She was also very educational, explaining the products she used and how to properly care for my hair. My silk press came out flawless, silky, and healthy-looking. I will definitely be back and highly recommend her!

I am so pleased with the professionalism. My daughter’s and I have moved up here to Cincinnati from Atlanta. We are searching for a new stylist. Due to the fact that I needed someone immediately they were unable to fulfill the time frame. However, she offered other options and available times. I needed a stylist sooner. I did not have the best experience with Toi as a new client she did not make me feel welcomed. She seemed completely uninterested in my hair at times she was on her phone when I was trying to talk to her she would ignore me. & charged me a fee for booking the wrong service I will not be back!
