They called earlier in the day to tell me be on time for my 8:00 reservation...8:15 is the last seating (I felt this was a threat).. I show up at 8:00, they make me wait 20 minutes- GO FIGURE? Waiter looked like he was in high school but very charming and knowledgeable. Food was excellent. Great evening...
My son took me to my first Michelin restaurant. They treated us like royalty. The food was exceptional. The service was amazing and they offered us a special dessert since we were celebrating Thanksgiving and Christmas early. I definitely would recommend the restaurant.

Love this place!! My Broker Nick Sadek and his lovely wife Dina took all of us out for dinner after a Luxury Connect event in Beverly Hills. The Japanese Pure Waygu Filet Mignon had a wonderful flavor at just the right temperature. I would highly recommend the Cut to anyone who can appreciate a quality steak.
Third time at CUT. Terrible service from bar staff, hostess and waitress. Steak was cold and side dishes uninspiring. Waste of $1,000 and a poor way to spend a 50th birthday night. Big fan of Spago will never eat at CUT again.
Service was impeccable , everything you would expect from a restaurant in a iconic Four Seasons Hotel!
