Chris and Mike were great. We had used a different contractor to install a 130" media wall in our theatre room and was left with a non functioning entertainment system Chris and Mike came in, identified the issues and not only fixed them but upgraded our package to a far more user friendly and easy to use platform. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Custom Theatre Solutions and would use them again.
Mike and his guy’s came in and did a fantastic job getting my system up and running. Everything was up and running within two day’s and these guy’s are professional, polite and very knowledgeable about the products they work with.
Chris and his team did a very good job. From initial contacts to final product. I installed three TVs ( one 85” and two 65”). We were having issues with my home network and the team developed workarounds so we could commission the systems. The installers (Ruben and Josh) were neat, professional, knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning up after the job. I have worked with several media companies over the years and this team will be my go to. Listen to them, let them do their job and you will be pleased. 5 star company.
I bought this speaker from Amazon 8 months ago, and I don’t think I used it more than 5 times. To my utter disbelief and disappointment, I have to say this speaker has stopped working and won’t charge. Amazon won’t provide any support because it’s been over 3 months, and the speaker company, despite claiming a one-year warranty, refuses to offer any service. They say it’s listed as “Supplied by Others,” and if they had sold it to Amazon, their name would be there, so they won’t do anything. If you have tons of money and pick... read more
Mike was so great. He answered all of my questions about the new sound system we wanted and we got exactly what we were hoping for. He was easy to work with and the whole process was efficient and pain free. Will definitely use him again.
