Erica is the best natural hairstylist I’ve ever been too. The first time I went her she actually examined my scalp and gave feedback on her findings in regards to treatments. I have never been to any stylist as a first timer and they actually examined my scalp. When she does my wash and go my curls are popping and keep getting stopped by strangers asking how did I get my hair so curly. She has great customer service and I will continue to go her. Plus, she give the best hair washes which includes a vibrating head massager.
Ms. Erica is professional, patient, and passionate about the services she provides. I have not met someone so welcoming and genuine like Ms. Erica in the hair industry ever. I was scheduled for scalp treatment service, and received so much more. All I can say is that my experience was beyond words. I told Ms. Erica she has a client for life! The prices are reasonable and she will make sure that you always get more than what you are paying for. She has easy on-line scheduling. Make an appointment Today!
I don't do many reviews, but I have to write this review because of how pleased and impressed I am with Erica Hill at Custom Strand. I must say that I am very pleased and happy with Erica's work. I have neglected going to a hair stylist for a very long time, more than 4 years.
