I used this company for 3 or 4 years without any issue however this year they never showed for the appointment time-when I called the lady said "She'd check her books and call me right back" That was at 930 this morning and my phone hasn't rang yet (almost 2 hours later)!! Can't believe businesses can stay in business with such terrible customer service!!
