i could type a novel, but heres the TLDR; it took multiple trips and multiple days to install and i'm left with a car with rattling speakers, a drivers side seatbelt that no longer retracts properly, missing trim (i was told they would order the parts and call me, still waiting) handprints all over what was a VERY clean car and a huge bill. they took multiple days to do a slipshod job. they wouldnt answer the phone the many times i called to ask for update. i cannot say that much of anything went well.
Shout out Dustin Reynolds the regional manager for providing excellent customer service! He was able to get me fixed up lickety split! Replaced my aging speakers and head unit, and he helped select the right speakers for my given music tastes and budget (with a demo in the sound room!) and had me ready to go in a day! They also cleaned up my existing wiring. I had some follow up questions and he was quick to respond and friendly! If you want to get into some serious sound this is the place!!

I visited Custom Sounds & Tint on Research to have my dashcam installed, and while the end result was serviceable, the experience left a lot to be desired, especially in terms of pricing and attention to detail.
