You won't find a friendlier store and amazing display of Auto Speakers than Custom Sounds on Research Blvd. The worker that assisted me was TOP NOTCH!!! I RECOMMEND anyone who's looking for GREAT SOUNDS!!!

Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the front office staff were apologetic. Went to this location because they’re supposed to be a “pro dealer” of Compustar, but they struggled to answer basic questions about their product. After the first day of missing work everything was installed, but they didn’t do the “overtake” for my Lexus which they already charged me for, how do you charge a service and not do it? So then I have to take another day off work and after them working on it the entire day, I come in 15min before cl... read more

i could type a novel, but heres the TLDR; it took multiple trips and multiple days to install and i'm left with a car with rattling speakers, a drivers side seatbelt that no longer retracts properly, missing trim (i was told they would order the parts and call me, still waiting) handprints all over what was a VERY clean car and a huge bill. they took multiple days to do a slipshod job. they wouldnt answer the phone the many times i called to ask for update. i cannot say that much of anything went well.
