I just got off the phone with custom sounds on having an Auxiliary cable installed in my vehicle. The guy literally began to raise his voice and almost yelling about a question I had about it. It was obvious that I was catching him in something. He was trying to upsell me by saying the only way to install is going through the FM. This is not true. I can honestly tell you that this was a first for me, having a guy yell at me over the phone by asking a question. There are plenty of other places to go to. Don’t go here.
Custom Sound is great. I was referred by a friend in reference to getting some audio work on my 4Runner. They worked me in, got it done, and were SO affordable. On top of that, they found another problem with a speaker and fixed that for me. Great people and great company.
Will not use again. 4th time going to just have a simple radio installed. It is installed but not how I planned. Second time they have left a simple wire to a backup camera unplugged. First time left it laying where feet could knock it down. This time was just completely left undone. They have always been nice just work isn’t up to parr for me.
Best people with the best skills anywhere. Go there and leave happy.
I'm speechless, my hat off to them. They are not installers, they are artists. Great advise, you can trust them 100%. My system is amazing and blends perfectly with show car appearance. Worth every cent. I'll be back, I have other ideas. Thanks again
Awsome place would highly recomend this place the shop manager was awsome had great advice. They got me hooked up with memphis audio prx coax speakers prob some the best door speakers ive had.
