Overpriced for part, capacitor, that is $20 even at places such as ****** and *******. They charged $217. When I questioned it he stated that's what it cost him. Then charged $35 because they did not come prepared with the capacitor so had to go get one which they charge the customer. They also didn't even put the air filters in that came with the cleaning services that was the initial call.
I initially left a negative review, as we had our air conditioner serviced today and it didn't work after the technician left, then we were told no one was available to come until tomorrow. After noticing our Google review a technician came right out and fixed it. We appreciate the effort to make it right.

I just had a new furnace, A/C unit, and hot water tank installed. Custom Services is awesome. They even filled out the rebate paperwork for me, all I had to do was put my account number on it, sign and date it, and drop it in the mail. Everything about my experience with them was awesome. I highly recommend these folks!
Jeremy and Jonathan made this repair at 7;30 PM on a cold and getting colder night last week. They were professional, knowledgable, polite and efficient. They did their repair work in an expedited manner, cleaned up the work site and were mindful of the location in the house. I had a yearly service agreement, the last tech that was sent didn't even install the filter correctly. Again that's the LAST tech Custom will sent to my house
I am very impressed with Custom service technician, Andy B*******. Andy thourghly explained the issues with my AC system and serviced the unit in a timely manner. Custom will be my first choice for future servicing needs and Andy will be my requested technician.
A message left on Sunday was promptly returned Monday morning. Within an hour, a truck was at our door. Jason H.and Cody B. were professional and courteous as well as very quick to find and fix our sewer problem. I would highly recommend Custom Services to anyone who has plumbing, heating, or air conditioning problems. They are the best!
Chuck Easky was knowledgeable and very friendly. Had an appointment between 8-10 today and he called at 7:30am to let us know he was on his way. Great service with a smile!
