Great company employees that came out and serviced our units. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Took time to explain everything to me. Am signing up with them for Service Agreement.

Arrived on time and due to the COVID-19, he offered to either put in the new filters himself or give to me to replace. I chose to put in myself and appreciated him offering this added safety precaution and limiting being in our house. He wore a mask and used social distancing. He took care of our regular maintenance outside, found a warranted item that needed replacing and took care of it. The visit was accomplished easily and safely in this unusual time of COVID -19.

Custom Air just completed their biannual service of my home HVAC unit. Appreciate Chris the service technician and the entire Custom team, they are trained professionals. Our system is ready for another hot Oklahoma summer.

IN THE LAST QUARTER OF 2019, CUSTOM SERVICES OF BROKEN ARROW, OK., INSTALLED TWO DAIKIN AC/HEATING UNITS IN OUR HOME WHICH WAS COMPLETED IN A VERY SHORT TIME FRAME BY TWO TECHNICIANS, RICCI AND CRAIG. BOTH TECHS WERE VERY POLITE, COMPETENT, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL WASTING NO TIME INSTALLING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE SERVICES OF CUSTOM SERVICES-BROKEN ARROW ANYTIME. They were professional, courteous and respectful. I had issues with other heat and air companies. Custom accepted the job, corrected problems and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

Shoop here! Did you know I'm not only the spokesperson 'round here but I'm a real customer too? It's a fact. And here's another fact, the new Daikin unit they boys installed in my home is really something special - smaller, the temperature is more stable throughout the house, it's so QUIET, and costs less to operate. Will not use them for plumbing services again. Very overpriced. We were charged $275.82 for the exact same service another plumbing company charged us $158.00 for last year. We have used their heat and air service for several years and were satisfied so thought we try the plumbing service..bad idea. Also left a mess.

Bravo to Custom for a job VERY well done! Serviceman John arrived on time and could not have been more helpful in determining what was needed to fix a heat pump and properly service a main HVAC. He took time to explain his repairs in a manner that was concise, complete and understandable. He had a friendly and comfortable style and seemed as if he was a genuinely happy employee of Custom Air.
