Bob was very informative when determining what needed done to our patio and pool. He explained the process of the restoration vey precisely and clearly. Bob's employees showed up on time, weather permitting and were very efficient, friendly and answered all of our questions because this was a new process for us. The payments, per contract, were exactly as stated and at times they went above and beyond what was required. Very competent and friendly employees. Excellent work was done in resurfacing my pool deck in a timely manner. Bob was very professional and extremely helpful during the entire process. I was notified by Bob of each process and when to expect the crew. I can highly recommend CPR, Inc to any and all that want to resurface their pool decks. Thanks Again Bob

My wife and I have had bad luck with contractors time and time again. Thankfully Custom Pool Renovations was nothing like our other experiences. Bob was there almost every day, making sure things were done right and on time. If you want a contractor that actually cares about the product that they put out, you need to go with Bob and Custom Pool Renovations.

Since I moved here 25 years ago I had my pool redone once, It was a complete nightmare. I am so glad that we hired Bob and his crew. They are one of the most professional and honest companies I have dealt with in a long time. Thy were all very respectful and worked with me very well. The have alot of integrity. We moved to this area about a year ago. We decided that we wanted a large in ground spa, rather than a standard swimming pool. We just completed a surface and mechanical restoration on our dated pool and screen enclosure. The results have exceeded our expectations and we are thrilled with the results. It took awhile to get our job done because they're so busy but it was worth the wait. We were kept informed throughout the job and given options. The crew was respectful and the site was kept as clean as possible. Everything is beautiful and workmanship is excellent.

Two neighbors had their pools renovated and Custom Pool Renovations and were very happy with the work they did so we decided to hire them for our pool. They let us know the time line of when they could start which was a few months but it was well worth the wait. Their response time to emails and calls is outstanding.
