Custom Pool Renovations did an amazing job with our pool and backyard renovation. We did have to wait awhile for work to begin, but we were very patient and new that the renovation would be worth the wait. I did have to wait almost a year because of the material shortage but once I finally got a date all went pretty smooth. Bob and the crew were friendly and very responsive to any concerns I had. Any time I called Bob always got back to me in a reasonable time. The day of the final coat there was a 13 man crew here that worked like a machine. Impressive. They did a good job cleaning up each day. Had a small leak after pool was filled. Bob worked with me daily until the leak was found and fixed. I would recommend CPR too others... read more
Custom Pool Renovations is truly the best in the pool remodeling business. Cindy is a dream to work with and Bob and his complete team take professionalism to the next level. Our pool is 30 years old and desperately needed a facelift. Custom Pool Renovations did not let us down. We are stunned and in awe of how beautiful our pool is now. Custom pool renovations completely exceeded our expectations! We wanted to update our outdated pool with a new finish and tile work. Our upgrade request consisted of re-piping two returns, resurfacing the pool, retiling the caps and filling in a planter. We had our pool resurfaced and retiled, our deck drain replaced with a larger one, and the deck was resurfaced with the concrete stamped overlay and we love it! Bob explained all the options we had and how the whole process would work. The job started when he said it would, he was professional, honest, and very reliable, keeping in touch with us the whole time. Very happy with our pool resurface! Custom Pool Renovations resurfaced our pool deck several years ago and this past week completed a pool resurface. Great work! Complete clean up by the crew. I would and have recommended Bob to friends who were also very happy.

Bob and his crew at Custom Pool Renovations were among the best contractors I have ever dealt with. They were professional, prompt, responsive AND they did an amazing job on our pool, including repair and resurfacing, replacing our filtering system and tiling. It is gorgeous and the way that they kept the jobsite neat and clean was really appreciated by me and my family. I recommend them to anybody seeking a pool renovation.
Bob and Cindy at Custom Pools Renovations were easy to work with and met all their promised deadlines. Our pool was in terrible shape and the pump and filter were barely working. Bob orchestrated resurfacing the pool, adding new tile, replacing all of the pool equipment and adding a salt system. He also coordinated adding mosaics to the pool and resurfacing the pool deck.
