We are very pleased with the work that Bob and his team did to outlet already existing pool. We had it resurfaced as well as updated some of the equipment to help it run more efficiently. He is a pleasure to work with and very good about communicating. I appreciate his honesty when it came to the cost and also his suggestions. He's well versed in his profession. Our pool was built in the 70s and it now looks like a brand new pool. Bob and his team put together a solid pool and used top notch material.

CPR refinished our pool deck which had issues with the surface not adhering to the concrete. They provided a quality product and the workmanship was excellent. Each day, before leaving, they cleaned the work site. We appreciate their willingness to review the work with us throughout the project. Having our pool resurfaced many years ago, it was time to have it resurfaced again. After several different pool company estimates we chose to use Custom Pool Renovations. After Bob explained the process and when they could start the work I knew I had made the right choice. I worked with numerous contractors at PAFB and am quite familiar with both good and bad. Our pool was 27 years old and way overdue for resurfacing. The coping around the pool was horrible and the glass block in the spa was leaking and had algae. We also had a waterfall we wanted gone. Custom Pool Renovations gave us some great ideas and was able to go over the existing coping to make it look like part of the deck. We had the spa removed and made it a sitting area with a table. We had our pool resurfaced by Custom Pool Renovations (CPR) and they did a fantastic job! After meeting with Bob and discussing details of the project, Bob thoroughly explained the process and what we could expect. From start to finish, the resurfacing process took less than a week and the pool area was cleaner than when they started. I had a poor experience to say the least the last time my pool needed resurfaced. Bob and Cindy were wonderful to work with . Both were very concerned that I receive great service and were both very informative. They were punctual, listened, oversaw subcontractors and made sure everything was done correctly, in a timely manner and beautifully. I would recommend Custom Pool Renovations to anyone needing pool work.

Bob was very informative when determining what needed done to our patio and pool. He explained the process of the restoration vey precisely and clearly. Bob's employees showed up on time, weather permitting and were very efficient, friendly and answered all of our questions because this was a new process for us. Very competent and friendly employees. Excellent work was done in resurfacing my pool deck in a timely manner. Bob was very professional and extremely helpful during the entire process. My wife and I have had bad luck with contractors time and time again. Thankfully Custom Pool Renovations was nothing like our other experiences. Bob was there almost every day, making sure things were done right and on time. If you want a contractor that actually cares about the product that they put out, you need to go with Bob and Custom Pool Renovations.
