We have been customers of this company for 4 years now. We prepay just to get that monthly payment out of the way. One of our requirements was a phone call prior to service so we can put our lawn in the best condition for the service to occur. They always call! Service technicians know their stuff. Two years ago we had wild sporadic bursts of crab grass throughout our lawn. They serviced these areas and our lawn is beautiful. They really stand behind their service and are personal and professional.
This is our fourth tear with Custom. Each year we see a growth and improvement in the lawns overall health. Glad we choose them!
After informing Custom Personalized lawn care that I didn't want any services in the fall of 2017 and in early spring 2018 they still managed to complete a couple services. They billed us for these services even after we refused service. We didn't have issues in the past. Since we refused to pay for a service we declined they turned us over to collections. I am ticked off. Terrible business practice. My next step is to contact the BBB hopefully this company will change the way they do business. Dan
RecommendedWe have seen the results firsthand. My in laws have been with Custom for years and their lawn is beautiful. We knew that this company was the one that could help us get our lawn looking great! They are reasonable and easy to work with. I definitely would recommend Custom to anyone who is looking.

End of season review. My opinion changed a bit. I had to call a few times to correct the same problem. At last demanding that I speak with the person spraying the yard to insure the problem was addressed. The person I spoke to in person was nice and appeared to tell me the truth. Different people tended the lawn throughout the summer. the best I can call their attention to detail is lazy. At one point I had a patch 10ft by 20 ft in my back yard that had weeds up to my waist.
