The tech Anthony Richey is very professional. He treated our whole yard, didn't miss a tree! We never were bothered by any mosquitoes!
They do a great job. Chris the Manager is outstanding.
Greg did a fine job of covering the lawn, but, he failed to blow the driveway and sidewalks clear of the pellets. This leads to us tracking said pellets into the house.
I worked up and planted grass seed last week and custom lawn care destroyed it today! They did not call (like they are supposed to) I would’ve told them about the backyard! I am so mad. Who is going to pay to get this fixed? Did they spray weed killer on it? This relationship is coming to an end.
I switched from True Green 14 months ago. True Green serviced the lawn for 30 years and after switching my lawn has never looked better. Branden has been my service tech on most of my treatments along with who sold me on there services. Branden was out yesterday and noticed a small area of crab grass that he immediately took care of. The grass is doing so well this year that it has needed to be cut almost twice a week all summer. I mow at 4” because that’s what they have suggested and it’s never looked so good. I prepaid back in March. They have done two applications and I had to ask TWICE each time. Have not seen them since the middle of June. I called four times in the last two weeks and the keep saying "We'll be there tomorrow or Friday or next week." They have no intention of finishing the job. They took my $158 and that was that. Thieves.
