This company has had my motor for 11.5 months now. I was told the build would take at most 4 months. Then we were at 6 months then 9 months and now here. Was told it would be done and shipped out in January. Then February. And now there has been no communication for a month. This is a regular occurrence. The response time doesn’t exist. I understand being short handed and over worked I worked in a car shop similar to this. Customer service at this company is completely terrible, They hold motors and parts from customers and ignore them from months on end. Absolutely disgusting that someone Can spend thousands of dollars with this company and then they will just completely ghost you and not respond or answer any of your calls or messages. There is a small chance they might give you some BS sob story But once you get that from them after months of Being ignored, they will ghost and ignore you again for months on end. Great automotive high performance business. Good pricing and Martin was excellent to deal with.
Great service, got the heads for my LS project. Droped of the heads to be resurfaced and laped, had them back the next afternoon. Martin communicated well through the process and also have me some tips on my project.
