I was told when I checked my can in that they will not do repairs until they call with an estimate. That is NOT true! After my car was fixed, they called to convince me that I also needed a brake job. I didn't. (pads and rotors had less than 10,000 miles on em). I insisted they not do a brake job after they told me they had already taken off the old pads and rotors. I told them to put everything back together but got a call later that they had replaced pads and installed new rotors but would not charge me. Well, I just paid ... read more

NO NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER YOU PURCHASE A VEICHLE. The stars are for Dawn Purchased a vechile here. Our sales person Dawn was awesome. The engine light came on so stopped hoping they could put on the computer , knew they would have to schedule appointment. But at least would know if ok to drive until. The answer was NO. Only take 10-15 minutes. NO do not have time maybe get you in next week. Really you sell a car bu t not willing t o help after .

They had previously worked on the ac in my wife’s car not even a year ago. Bill was around $1200. Which is understandable. Well her ac went out again so I told her to take it back. I called and set the appointment and told them what was wrong. She dropped the car off around 9/10am. I spoke to a woman who seem to care less and wasn’t not pleasant to talk to to say the least. I asked for a tune up and an oil change then got a call later stating the computer tested I also needed an 02 sensor which I agreed for them to go ahead and put it on not knowing I was charged for the computer test I didn't ask for my bill was already over 500 dollars then and now looking at my bill I can't understand why the labor was 400.00 and the parts 187.00 this is too outstanding. I really needed my daughter car fixed but didn't know it would be take this much to do it. I think I should be reimbursed for the computer ... read more

This place is dishonest to me. They sold me a truck with no heater core. They knew it but I didn't until after I purchased it. The owner said he knew it but forgot to disclose the information to me. However, he said he'll fix it. They lie too. They lied to my credit card company so they can rob me. After putting the heater core in. The mechanics forgot to tighten the holes and replacing the belt properly. I asked before picking up the truck if everything was good to go.
