We started utilizing custom maid after some changes in employment left my wife and I falling behind on cleaning. Custom Maid have been an absolute lifesaver in that regard. They do a fantasticly thorough job, have polite, professional and personable staff, and are always quick and timely with their cleans.
They dust, vacuum, clean showers and toilets, and floors. Great job!
Reading these reviews, I'm very surprised because I walked away being disappointed with my experience using Custom Maid Cleaning Service. The quality of the cleaning was far below expectations, especially considering the level of service that was promised. Several areas were clearly overlooked. Some of the windowsills were not cleaned at all, and the dusting was very superficial—items were not moved, and it appeared that surfaces were only wiped around objects rather than properly cleaned.
