Hired John to clean carpets and remove a pet odor. He quoted $250 and invoiced $400. Carpets were not spectacular the odor back the next day. John stated he would have to come back at least 2 more times and another $200. We hired John as he owed us monies for products he purchased from us and never paid for. We just had Custom Floor Care come and do some work for us. They were amazing! On time, professional, respectful of our space, new floors and furniture. I don't often give shout outs, but they deserve it for sure. I highly recommend their services.

These guys did a great job getting a nasty coffee stain out my car seat. John and his crew also done a great job with my carpets and cleaning out the heating ducts in my house. Highly recommend them.
