Knowledgeable I would like to thank the staff at Custom Fireplace for helping my mother with her Pellet stove choice. We didn't know what would be the best way to heat her home which is on a propane system and extremely expensive. The guys down there gave us plenty of knowledge and we came to the conclusion that the pellet stove would be the best bet. My mother is 60 years old and we also needed to make sure that she could manage the pellet bags which she can. Her energy bill is significantly lower already and I will update ... read more
Professional! Bought a gas fireplace insert from Custom Fireplace...and was able to get a floor model (with full warranty) for a very nice discount. They were great and walked me through the whole process, came out and measured so that the installation went smoothly. Daniel did the install and electric and I couldn't be more satisfied. Professional and personable all the way through.
Very pleased with the service I am very happy with the customer service received at this store. I appreciate the help of Nick P. and Anthony and others whose names I don't remember. Nick has been excellent at following up with me, even when it wasn't the answer or solution I was hoping for.
