Knowledgeable I would like to thank the staff at Custom Fireplace for helping my mother with her Pellet stove choice. We didn't know what would be the best way to heat her home which is on a propane system and extremely expensive. The guys down there gave us plenty of knowledge and we came to the conclusion that the pellet stove would be the best bet. Nick has been excellent at following up with me, even when it wasn't the answer or solution I was hoping for.
