Professional! Bought a gas fireplace insert from Custom Fireplace...and was able to get a floor model (with full warranty) for a very nice discount. They were great and walked me through the whole process, came out and measured so that the installation went smoothly. Daniel did the install and electric and I couldn't be more satisfied. Professional and personable all the way through.
Great Customer Service They really do have great customer service. I came here to look for a bbq grill for my patio, and they had so many different things to choose from, but thanks to the wonderful staff, I was able to find the perfect set up.
