I found Custom Eyes on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I have been with them almost 2 years and have always had good service. The Dr. (male-forgot last name) is a very good listener and seems to really care about his patients. I never feel rushed and his staff also goes above and beyond. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. If you ever need a new pair of glasses you must check out this optometrist's practice. They carry a huge selection of designer frames and will definitely have something you will like.
I always have a good experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They always return my phone calls quickly.
I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
