I have been going to Custom Dental for 10 years. The staff is great. Abbie is the best hygienist. I don't have perfect teeth and have always felt self conscious, but Abbie always makes me feel comfortable and i dont feel loke they judge me. If I have a wait time its always short.
My family has always had a great experience with Dr. Biggs and the rest of the staff. Friendly and welcoming from the time we arrive and throughout the entire appointment!
The team and Dr. Gavin Biggs at Custom dental of Owasso is my new dentist after moving back to the area and I couldn’t be happier. I had some cosmetic work done that was visible when smiling and I work in customer service so it really crippled my daily life. Dr. Biggs was extremely helpful in making a plan on getting my smile back to a confident smile.
They have mistreated and misdiagnosed both my husband and myself. They are the absolute worst.They will make you wait in the chair while they have a personal conversation with each other whole standing over me. They are unprofessional and unorganized.
