No stars for this company at all. Last fall we contacted Custom Covers and asked if we could drop off our awning to have it washed/cleaned. They advised us of the location to drop it off and we did so expecting to be able to pick it up in the spring for installation. When we called them today they advised "they had sent us a letter" which we did not respond to. Since we dropped it off and authorized them to clean it at that time why did they not do it? They cannot rectify this mistake of theirs nor do they have any sugg... read more
