The owner of this business, Eric Bongard, took my 50% deposit to build a custom trailer in December 2016. He never delivered the product and went into hiding. I had to sue him and the business, Scott county court file 70-CV-18-1222. The Judge ordered him to pay me back by 12/22/2017. Today, 10 months has passed the deadline and he has not resolved the matter. I am not the only one he stole money from, there are other court cases against him and the business.
