I live on a rural,dirt road in Green Valley that has a 25 mph speed limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70+ mph on 5/23. There is another review on google that says they observed one of their vehicles driving dangerously on I-17. The owner had best start instructing their crews how to drive before one of theses idiots hurt or kill someone.
Purchased a new Trane unit on 12/29/2010. Both the quote for the unit and our receipt show 10 year full warranty for parts and labor. Service done regularly. On 11/24/14 we had trouble , called Custom Cooling they charged $187.58 to repair. Called them. Jeff said that the company had a new owner and they would not honor our warranty. Since then have also had to replace the coil for $1900.00. I thought when you purchased a company you acquired the customers and the liability for the companys commitments.

The issue here was that they didn’t register your system for the warranty you were sold.
