If only more customers would give honest reviews of their experiences. When you’re talking about having your cherished belongings restored after traumatic damage, do you want to be amongst the people getting their stuff back more damaged or not get things back at all? If you want a sure thing, do not take your chances with FRSTeam. Any location, go elsewhere.
Stay away from this company, they are terrible. The Hayward location management team is very unprofessional and will lie about your lost items, your furniture, and if your furniture has been broken and you need to be compensated for the damages they will lie and say the check has been cut and coming from Texas or Georgia Lol. No the checks are distributed directly from their location..not Texas, not Georgia as what I was told and later found out from calling the different locations that they said the checks would come from. ... read more
Obviously MOST disgusting business and ethics possible. They ruined most of my items and said nothing was wrong! Stull going in circles as they have most of my items and the money from insurance company Highly ILLEGAL and have hired an attorney as they are a consistent lie!
