We worked with Scott Callahan of Inspired Closets in Bellingham to add custom pull out drawers to replace static kitchen shelves. Scott was easy to work with and the install team, Kayle and Eric were experts, very tidy, prompt and pleasant. The quality of the drawers is exceptional, able to support our Le Cruessett Dutch ovens and lots of dishes and bake ware. We were thrilled with the results. It transformed our kitchen.
I had an exceptional experience with Scott from Inspired Closets. From our first visit to our new home to my stopping in their Bellingham store the professionalism was evident. He took the time to understand our needs, had great suggestions and a beautiful show room to help with the final decisions. We love our custom closet. Chris, Dawn and the whole crew have been amazing to work with! They've patiently walked through every step of the process and have made sure every detail is accounted for.
Poor communication skills, we were never told we needed to have trim and a shelf removed and then sheet rock the areas prior to the closet system being installed. It is quite an eye sore. They also drilled into one of our original pocket doors and had to fill holes in it. I would not recommend. In response, I was the one your designer spoke with and emailed and she never said we would need to have all of this prep work done. I have the emails.
