Terrible customer service. Don't want someone to stop what their doing to help a customer now.
I tried to refrain from putting a review on this business. I had power steps put on and then a few months later had lift wheels and tires done. They tell you one thing on turn around time but it took longer. I spent over 8000 total for a local business and got the worst customer service. I wish I had all that money back that I wasted on a company that seems to care less about customer satisfaction. I can never get a hold of u guys on the phone...I'm trying to order some wheels
They were installing my sons lights for his wheels and did a terrible quality job. They charged him double for what they quoted, they damaged the light and would not replace what they broke. I tried to work with Frank, but there was no working with him. The quality of the install was half ass at best. Avoid doing business with a shister. Im contacting the BBB on the customer service and with the way he handled this issue. He tried to blame the damage in a bracket that wouldnt fit.
