Customer Service is Horrible
Poor customer service. They do not answer the phone, texts, or Facebook messages. I will definitely not be shopping here again.
This is the worst place to come too their is no Communication at all. I tried calling have gone over their and still can’t get nothing finish and I already ayer for the service and still no call no answer basically if you want a place to disrespect you and then take you money then you found the fight place. Terrible customer service !! Locked in a deal, made a deposit waited extra 3 weeks for wheels to come in . Guy doesn’t honor his deal insist I pay more for tires because they weren’t in stock at the time . Not my problem should have never made the deal if you can’t honor it . Poor customer service guy never answers his phone and text back days later . Never will be back and don’t recommend anyone to waste their time or money ! Go to kings tire and wheel in Houston 100% better .

Definitely recommend this place.. my truck had been running like crap for over 3 years on a 3” lift but I always thought it was normal due to the fact that the truck it’s a 2500 heavy duty long story short frank and his team put a 6.5” BDS kit and the truck rides like a dream even with 24 wheels on it. Thanks frank! 💯
CCAT&W leveled my truck and installed airbags and tires. Prices are reasonable and better than most. They know what they are doing and stand behind their work. Ignore the goofballs who expect something for nothing. If you want it done right take it to Frank.

False advertisement on Instagram!!!! They post advertisements on good deals , sent my wife to get me tires they say yeah we got you , once it’s time to pay they charged over 1,200$ They’re advertisements are false advertising they do it to steal every penny from you once the job is done will never go back
