It was so disappointing when we received the call that our boat cover was beyond repair. Although the boat cover was old it was still usable, all we needed was a few spots reinforced to hopefully get another year out of it. We were told when we dropped it off that it MUST be washed and in fact she stated it should be washed once a year.
