Customer service is awesome. I would rather purchase here than online because you cannot find customer service like this through a computer screen. We bought a case, power supply, and fans at a very reasonable price. They even offered shipping because I live far away. I will be doing my future business with Custom Bytes.

The Build quality of the custom pc's is excellent they offer great customer service and help you understand your systems needs when customizing a pc
they can quit selling people stuff that doesnt work. then give them their money back after not being able to fix it. that would be a good start. ohh and not tell people you will give them there money back then dont.
