They had me in and out with the same pc I wanted within 10 minutes (applied online) great customer service and they definitely know what they are doing. I’m usually skeptical, but they are very trustworthy
This was one of the most unprofessional companies that I have worked with. The representative did not answer my questions directly. He keep skating around it. Then when I asked about the monitor we straight up lied to me. I have saved my texts and can prove it. I was supposed to get a call from the manager or owner I heard crickets. I would not recommend this company. I should have listen to others that said the same thing. Very sad they treat and rip the retail customer off.
these guys sell on facebook marketplace also, they are scammers and are extremely rude. iv reported their posts to facebook for scamming/spam/ and promoting a bussiness on facebook marketplace. I have contacted the federal trade commission about the scams they pull.
I have worked retail for over a decade, and this is by far the best customer service I have EVER received. so friendly, knowledgable, honest, and just a outright respectable establishment. Sasha Alex Munitz was very respectful to my 3 year old and even pulled a chair for him and turned on youtube on his 75 inch tv. these guys are beyond amazing, they will do anything to make their customs happy. I will continue to business with these guys for years to come.
They have A1 above and beyond customer service and treat you like family. I bought a pc and had it shipped and it arrived damaged, they were very fast in resolving the issue and continuously check back in to see if everything is still up and running right. cant beat their customer service, above and beyond steller, 5 STARS all the way around.
Extremely helpful with their time and advice. Excited for the opportunity to recommend them to my techie friends that don’t waste time with Best Buy and see the product before they buy it and get it at a fair price.
