I had a really good experience with the company and all their employees, the people that came into my house were polite, efficient, very nice people, the lady on the phone always answered and was very patient with me, even sounded like they were always happy to speak to me. i dont think i would ever find a company like this, great job on my bathroom, i love the results and i highly recommend them!
This company falls short of being reputable. The work on the bathroom is terrible and none of what was on the contract has been done. Shower fixtures are wrong, very little water pressure, and not equiped for a person in a wheelchair,, ceiling repair is wrong, handicap vanity is wrong. It's tooo high. Floor was installed improperly and multiple issues are still being ignored. Men say they are coming and never show up and no calls to say they aren't coming. Excellent job they did. Had my old tub and ceramic tile removed and replaced by a shower base unit, similar to corian with the no grout walls made of acrylic materials. The light grey theme their designer worked out wall all color coordinated, including the painted walls of a very light gray. Double sink vanity replaced the old cabinet. Added lighting, new ceiling fan with light and a really nice floor material that went right over the tiles. It’s vinyl floating floor but looks terrific. Overall, I am very satisfied with the finished product and my bathroom looks great. ******** and his team do amazing work, and I am very impressed with the finished product. ********** the office manager was also extremely helpful and always available to answer questions or help us make decisions. I was not very happy with the way we were treated by the sales manager. Pressure was applied to get us to sign a contract when he had not fully laid out our options. Boston Remodeling Group (employees & staff) were very helpful and the bathroom was completed in a timely manner and we were informed of each step taking place. The workers kept everything cleaned up along the way. The owner and the office staff was very helpful with any issues and concerns whenever we called. We were very please with our experience with this company.

Boston Remolding Group did a great job on a new tub and tub surround for a rental. They quickly did the job in one day and were great about checking in to see if we were satisfied after the job was complete. My one complaint is that I had very little communication with them after we had the template and after the deposit was taken about when the actual install would take place. had custom bath and remodling convert my bathtub to a shower conversion..there pricing was the best ...the quality of work was outstanding.and the time to complete the job was under 8 hours...would highly recomend them for anybody looking for a very professional job..
The experience with Boston Remodeling Group was the best - from the time that we met the sales ... I needed to remodel our bathroom and so I purchased a tub/vanity dual sink, floor tile and wall around tub from Boston Remodeling Group ..... They did a good job and I liked their approach, that it would only take two day.
