The job was going to take a few days, maybe a week and a half according to them. When the work started, first thing they did they flooded the apartment under me. Granted, they fixed the leak quickly and efficiently.Then the drain they installed did not work would not stay open when the tub is full.Two weeks later they admitted that the drain did not work properly and tried to replace it with something compatible. Custom Bath did a great job on both my bathrooms in my new ranch home, recently purchased.Master bath had an old slippery fiberglass (********* converted to walk in shower with beautiful glass doors (double roller doors are very high quality)Guest bath had tiled floors, wall mount vanity (I purchased and they installed). The designer came to our house with samples and ideas and helped us to select everything that we needed to completely remodel our master bath. It was so easy! Had a great experience working with the team at Custom Bath. We're more than happy with the precise and fast work they did to remodel our two bathrooms. Short term changes were accepted and deducted from the final invoice. Trisha informed every evening what's going on the next day. They did an amazing job.

I love my new efficient bathrooms! I use the word efficient because I'm able to get ready so quickly in the morning . My new vanity with all the various compartments make my morning routine so manageable. My double sinks makes it really efficient for two people getting ready at the same time. The new stylish lighting makes it really easy for makeup application. My new floor is so easy to maintain. I just run my floor steamer over it to keep it looking at it's best.
