Similar to another reviewer below, we had our awning done over 10 years ago, someone damaged ours, and John and his team had a new one installed quickly and efficiently. Easy peasy. Many thanks and I hope they’ll be around for a long time!
I’ve just had my third set of awnings made at Custom Awning & Canvas. The finished product is beautiful, the service was fast and efficient, and it was a pleasure to work with John Woods. As usual, I received quality craftsmanship and great service.
Was impossible to get this guy to do anything for me. He would always say I'll call you back with no call back. Tried for over a week to get a price and nothing. I wouldn't waste my time.
Had my previous awning made by "Custom Awning and Canvas" 20 years ago and it still looked good! Someone damages it and I called up John for a new one. He dispatched his team to my location in downtown SD and they measured it up and made a rendering of the new awning. It was just what I was looking for. The crew came soon thereafter and removed and disposed of the old one and installed the new one. PERFECT!!! Wow that was so painless and they even did the graphics too. Thank you Custom Awning and Canvas!!
Our original awnings where done by John and his team over ten years ago. They came, measured, made, installed all within a two week period! Super fast, super beautiful! Everyone I was in contact with where very professional and respectful. Super happy! Would happily recommend to any of my friends!
