They double charged me on my apartment I moved out of in Everett name Centrepointe greens. It’s been 2 years and counting and they said they’ll sent me a check. This property management is a joke. Stay away.
Submitted work order in Nov. For broken electric fireplace, still not fixed in April. No follow up and work order canceled. Submitted work 03/17 for garbage disposal. Disposal replaced on 03/20 but no power cord. 18 days since initial work order submitted and still not fixed. Numurous other issues. Have called office and emailed and no response. Northshore Townhomes.
Extremely inefficient and passive aggressive HOA reps. They know the rule well enough to make it difficult for without getting into trouble. I would watch for these guys.
We have encountered numerous ongoing issues with your property, "Plum Tree Park Apartments," in Renton, WA (98057). Despite raising these concerns with the current management team, their lack of urgency and repeated evasive responses have left us deeply frustrated. Despite having our own renter’s insurance policy with Lemonade, we are being wrongly charged for renter's insurance.
