Extremely inefficient and passive aggressive HOA reps. They know the rule well enough to make it difficult for without getting into trouble. I would watch for these guys.

I have made multiple calls and sent several emails and I have not received a response since July it is really desperate your system if you lack attention
I was informed that I owed over $450 for additional fees the apartment I vacated via e-mail. There was no invoice included, and all of the portals I have access to say I don't owe any money. When I tried to speak with someone, I told them that the email looked suspicious and the person on the other end acted like he couldn't hear me, that they had a bad connection.
I moved out of my apartment in Everett wa, Fultons Crossing, on May 8th 2024. I had received a letter ro my current address stating I was owed roughly $375 back on my deposit. They had the corrected address and paperwork was sent. I have yet to see a check in the mail. I have contacted them multiple times via any corporate number they have on Google.
