Pinnacle/Cush&Wake was recently removed as my apartment complex management, and they lost my proposed lease, lost my insurance information, and are still sending me multiple emails to pay rent through their website. When they were the management company, they repeatedly refused maintenance services, and insisted that I, as a tenant, do my own maintenance tasks, in violation of the lease and local laws. Worst management company I've ever dealt with.

Canceled our reservation after signing rental agreement and paying a deposit. Go find another place to rent from. Unprofessional!
