Not sure where else to go. I live at SUR512 that is managed by cushman & Wakefield. I’m so disappointed in the property itself and management. I will say I loce my apartment, but the management is shit. No one ever responds to emails, or it’s 5 or more days later till they respond. Our 2nd building where I live is supposed to be secured…. I've been at my Apt for over 10yrs. I've been thought many different APT management. But "The district on La Frontera" is by far the worst. Ever since Cushman & Wakefield took over it has been a steep decent. They have been under staff since the beginning, the office staff ignores you. It takes forever to get any service done. The Anthony at Canyon Springs: I'll update this review if things turn around somehow in the future. Move-in day was the worst I've ever experienced from apartment living. Management explained what happened, not enough maintenance staff, hired contract help that fell through. We understood at the time but didn't realize how this created so many issues moving into a unit that still wasn't ready and rushed.
