I use to belong to Curves about 5 years ago and had to quit because of rotator cuff surgery. Then when I got better I wasn't able to re-join due to finances. Now that I am 66 and have silversneakers I was able to join again. I love Curves and only have been a member for 1 month and have already lost 5.75 inches all around and 3.75 lbs. Everybody is so nice.
This is my third week a Curves! I look forward to each time I go. The people are great! #ifeeltheburn
What a great group of gals to work out with. They are supporting and encouraging me as I go through fighting breast cancer. My doctor said he wanted me to work out but I was already motivated to be strong and to be in the company of friends.
I was disappointed that I couldn't work out this week while visiting in Arlington. Used to work out there for 5 years. Just disappointed.
LOVE CURVES...I look forward to my daily workout! I lost inches in the first few weeks and that felt GREAT!! The Staff is tremendously helpful and supportive! I plan on sticking with this for a LONG TIME!
I love Curves. It's the best thing I ever did for myself. Since joining Curves two years ago, I have dropped 50 pounds along with my diabetes medication. My blood pressure and my cholesterol levels have improved. I feel stronger and have less body pain. The Curves coaches are fantastic! Being at Curves is the best 30 minutes of my day!
