I love the machines especially for belly tightening
I have a personal trainer helping me and it doesn't cost lots of money like a gym. Great atmosphere, women only, 30 minute workouts, and very enjoyable. This is the only place I live to work out. They make it easy.
It is a great place to get in shape and meet some very nice & friendly women.
I can't even begin to list all the reasons why I LOVE my Curves facility and people.....but thanks to more than one person who kept after me...I am so blessed with friendships I would not have had otherwise. Weight loss, inches shrinking, an overall increase in energy & mental function, fellowship.....and awesome coaching. It goes to show that you can make a change in others, too!
I Love curves I have met some wonderful women there in the two years I've worked out there we are at a new curves location I liked the old place better But I go for the friends I've met there ❤️❤️💜
