I loved the people and I thinks this is something I needed to do for me.
I love Curves! I just got my certificate for 1900 workouts! In the years I have worked out there, I've met wonderful, motivated & smart women and have enjoyed lifelong friendships. Plus the gift of good health which is one of life's greatest blessings. Come join the "gang" & get motivated!
I really enjoy my workouts at curves, everyone is extremely nice, love that it is all women of all ages, this is definitely the best decision I have made in a long time
I love it. The staff are very courteous. A good quick work out.
Just started a few weeks ago bit everyone is friendly and helpful! Trainers keep an eye on you and give you pointers to maximize your workout! I love that it is all woman and it's all ages and sizes! I'm going to stick with this and no I will achieve my goals with these ladies!!
