Oh my gosh YES, love my Curves garden Grove! I have lost 38 pounds since I joined one year ago and I lost 12 pounds, 6% body weight in the "What Have You Got To Lose" challenge that started Jan. 9th and ended last Saturday! I worked really hard, had great coaches encouraging me and I won!!!!

First place I have worked out that I feel really care about me. It shows in the women that come there , it doesn't take long before you feel like family. You leave there really feeling good about yourself inside and out, that reflects on the staff. I'm layup for awhile and they showed me things I could do at home to keep me on track , they really care, can't wait to get back to my routine and classes.
Absolutely hands on to motivate and work with you if you are having difficulty. I have COPD and Asthma and the trainers showed me how to breath through each activity. It really helped me.

Just got back from a "Kick Butt" class with Dani at the Garden Grove Curves and I'm writing with the sweat still beading on my brow and my legs are a little wobbly. I have been going to this Curves location for several years and cannot say enough good things about Janice and her crew.
