The coaches are all terrific. Today, I especially enjoyed doing Zumba online with Dani. I feel so much better--a little sweating elevated my downcast mood. After hunkering down for days and only doing some walking, tI was amazed at how his really hit the spot. Surprisingly, I didn't get tired. Dani has so much enthusiasm, and somehow I kept up with her. Great staff! Terrific owner. Very clean.
All the coaches are great. One is always out on the floor with us. All the ladies are like family. We are always concerned if one of them is out for a period of time. We laugh a lot and sometimes cry. I enjoy getting up every morning and going to Curves. Join us.
