Curves has helped me in the past and I am excited about joining again. Great group of people.
I love the atmosphere and encouragement. All trainers make sure you are working hard and using the machines correctly. Contests and activities are motivating. I love that it only takes 30 minutes and works every muscle. I am already seeing results. The hydraulic machines simplify the strength training, but still challenge your muscles. Being open until 6:30 allows me to workout without feeling rushed.
Great place. Linda is amazing. Lots of positive energy. Highly recommend.
I have a busy schedule, working 3rd shift, this makes a good workout before I can go to sleep.
