Awesome, great way to start or end your day. The staff is wonderful, and so helpful. Program is great and you will love the machines, and the circuit, and the nutrient plan that they offer to make us all healthy women. Commitment is the key and Curves is the place to be.

Joining Curves at 5719 Constitution over 13 years ago is the best thing I did for myself in years. I am in the best physical shape of my life. I love the workouts, the support received, the caring staff, and the friends I have made at Curves. Working out at Curves is one way to make the day a great day.
Was at Curves on Constitution today. Was Santa Hat Day. Had so much fun exercising with our morning group of friends. Time flies by when you are having a good time working out.
Curves has me working to keep up my health and strength in a positive, fun atmosphere. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They really care! It's also a great place to make new friends.
The staff is wonderful there so friendly and always greet you and there to answer any questions you have. They motivate you and keep you working out and offer you excellent advice.
