History Established in 1999. We are family owned and operated as a Curves Franchise. Kelly, Barb and Jayme started our Curves location here on Constitution in January 1999. Kelly had success as a Curves member and busy Occupational Therapist in Grand Junction in 1998 and discovered that Curves was safe and effective as well and quick for the busy woman. I love the staff at Curves. So helpful and non judgmental. The routine is great and you feel like you've done something for your health and self. It's also a great social atmosphere.
I Love my Curves! I find going in early works for me which always leaves me energized for the rest of the day. The coaches are caring and really want to see you succeed. Great program, awesome staff, and it's just for ladies...what more could you ask for!
I have been going to Curves since Oct. 2016. With the support of my good friend Larisa and help from Coach Kelly I have lost over 40 lbs. and moved my A1C from 7.1 to 5.5. Couldn't have done it without you guys!
