I love the staff at Curves. So helpful and non judgmental. The routine is great and you feel like you've done something for your health and self. It's also a great social atmosphere.
I Love my Curves! I find going in early works for me which always leaves me energized for the rest of the day. The coaches are caring and really want to see you succeed. Great program, awesome staff, and it's just for ladies...what more could you ask for!
I have been going to Curves since Oct. 2016. With the support of my good friend Larisa and help from Coach Kelly I have lost over 40 lbs. and moved my A1C from 7.1 to 5.5. Couldn't have done it without you guys!
