Syllk was very professional and skilled in cutting/managing curly hair. She gave me great advice on how to take care of my curls moving forward. I am very happy with the results. The service is also chef’s kiss: lattes and snacks during your service. I’ll definitely be back!
We had a wonderful experience with Emma for my 5.5-year-old daughter’s haircut (Long Youth Straight Haircut & Style). My daughter was very excited, and Emma was incredibly patient and gentle throughout the process, from washing to cutting her hair. She also took the time to address all our concerns and answer our questions thoughtfully. The end result looked great, and my daughter left with a big smile. Highly recommend Emma for kids’ haircuts!
Do NOT go here to get your hair coloured. Absolutely botched my “highlights”. I reached out to the owner Erin after my service via email with photos and my concerns and she stated: “We both agree that your highlights need to be retoned and a slight adjustment needs to be made to the demarcation line in the one photo you provided” This response was absolutely insulting. I have gone here multiple times now and it is amazing! They really know how to work with my waves and Kate specifically has always left me leaving the salon beyond happy with any service I book for. I would definitely recommend this place.
