It was nice to see him treat his staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship. I didn't wait long at all. It is a first come, first serve basis, but the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Doctor did not wear cologne that I noticed, and I able to breathe freely the entire time.
